Daniel Vigorito — Founder & Chief Executive Officer

 

With a background in Business Administration and extensive leadership experience within the Club Pilates ecosystem, Daniel founded Studio Expand in 2023 to become the execution-driven partner studio owners truly need.

​

He previously served as General Manager and later Regional Manager, leading multiple locations, strengthening operational infrastructure, and driving measurable membership growth. His career spans entrepreneurship, IT systems development, finance, customer service, and sales — shaping a leadership philosophy rooted in process, accountability, and decisive action.

​

At Studio Expand, Daniel defines strategic direction, oversees performance standards, and ensures that growth is supported by structure — not dependency.

Her career began in the veterinary field, where she developed expertise in client education and solution-based sales. She later became an Assistant General Manager at Club Pilates, refining her knowledge in conversion strategy, retention systems, and team accountability.

At Studio Expand, she partners closely with studio leadership to strengthen daily operations, optimize systems, and drive consistent revenue performance across locations.

With a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology, Dani brings a structured, people-centered leadership style to training, team development, and studio performance.

She began her journey with Club Pilates as a Sales Representative and later advanced to General Manager. She now serves as Education Director at Studio Expand, where she leads the development of training systems, team growth, and operational consistency across studios.

​

She is responsible for creating educational frameworks that strengthen team capability, improve consistency, and elevate the member experience at every level.

Alanis supports Club Pilates studios by helping define clear brand positioning and a strong, consistent voice. She creates content plans that make posting feel organized and intentional, so everything works together. She brings ideas to life through visual storytelling and tech-integrated creative solutions, then tracks performance and shares insights to keep improving results over time.

The goal is simple: increase connection and engagement, build trust, and grow a real studio community.

Brooke Sams — Class Schedule Operational Director

 

With over two decades of experience in the fitness industry, Brooke brings advanced instructional expertise and operational precision to Studio Expand’s performance structure.

​

Certified in 2008 as a fully comprehensive 500-hour Pilates Instructor through Body Arts & Science International (BASI), her methodology is influenced by a strong foundation in Yoga and Dance. She is recognized for elevating technical standards, refining movement quality, and challenging instructors and members to exceed perceived limitations.

​

After joining Club Pilates in 2018, Brooke quickly advanced to Lead Instructor, a position she held for four years, where she strengthened instructional consistency and upheld brand-level class standards. In 2024, she joined Studio Expand to oversee scheduling strategy and instructor development across supported locations.

Juliana brings more than 10 years of experience in the textile industry, with a strong background in business administration, management, and ownership. As a business owner, she developed deep expertise in operations, organization, process control, and strategic decision-making, always with a focus on efficiency, results, and sustainable growth.

At Studio Expand, she supports the administrative and onboarding functions, helping ensure that systems, processes, and day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her detail-oriented approach and operational mindset help create a strong foundation for both team success and a high-quality experience for clients, staff, and owners.
